Happy Spring!

Please read the two letters addressed to the community.  The first is a letter regarding the Boren vs. LBCA legal challenge, the “No New Encroachment” policy, issues with the culvert, and updates on King Water doing routine maintenance to the water storage tank.

The second letter is notification all new property owners will receive when they purchase a home/property in the Livingston Bay community.
