Pressure Manifold Replacement Required within the Next Month

King Water Company has informed the Board there is a problem with the Pressure Manifold at the pump house. The manifold is made of steel and has been corroding over time to the point it is now developing leaks and is in constant need of repair.

It is King Waters conclusion, the Pressure Manifold needs to be replaced as soon as possible to ensure there is no interruption of water service. The replacement manifold will be constructed of PVC, to ensure it can stand up to the corrosive properties, which are a regular part of the minerals in our well water.

The Pressure Manifold replacement project has been scheduled for March and will require the system to be down for approximately eight hours. When we are closer to the date of the project, you will receive a notice with a specific date and time the water system will be shut down.

It will be necessary for you to take adequate measures, so you have water available in your individual house holds, during the system shut down.

More information to come as we get closer to the March project date.
