Website Information

Thanks to the community members who said they have found the website useful. In order to manage new information, I’ve done a little re-organization. The Shoreline Information page is no longer password protected. That section will now include general information about living by the shore and knowing about the roles of the government agencies charged with monitoring sensitive resources.

Here are two resources that you’ll find on that page:

The Project Questionnaire (OPAS) is a tool developed by the Department of Ecology to help individuals determine which local, state, and federal environmental permits, approvals, or licenses are needed for Washington State waterfront projects. (If you give this a try, let us know how it works.)

Guide for Shoreline Living is a booklet from the Washington Department of Ecology with a great deal of information relevant to our homes in Livingston Bay. Thanks to Matt Griffin for passing this information along.

The work of all committees will be posted on the Committee page. This includes the recent election report in which the Election Committee certified the re-election of Elaine Glasow. Congratulations, Elaine!

As always, Board of Trustee Minutes will be posted as soon as possible after a meeting. If you can’t something, email me or post a comment.
