Our annual meeting will be held Sunday, October 6, from noon until 2:30 pm at the Camano Center (121 N. East Camano Drive). The board is finalizing the agenda and will send it out as soon as possible.

I have read the Proxy for the 2013 annual meeting and have a few questions.
1. Are the proxies required to be mailed or emailed before the meeting?
Article I, Section 13 allows the delivery of proxies “at” the meeting and does not require the delivery of them to the Secretary prior to the meeting date.
2. The second check box on the proxy does not follow the current Bylaws as written in Article I Section 13.
Will the proxy wording be changed to reflect the current Bylaw legal language?

Eric, we appreciate you bringing this oversight in regard to proxies to the attention of the board. Article 1 Section 13, provides members with the option of submitting a proxy to the Board Secretary in advance of or at a meeting where it will be used. In accordance with the bi-laws, the current proxy will be revised to give members the option of presenting the proxy to the Board Secretary in advance or presenting it at the meeting where it will
used. The revised proxy will be sent out with the next Oct 6th meeting reminder message later this week.The revised proxy will also be available on this web site.
