Update on Annual meeting plan/Election CommitteeFrances- has a working document created from previous agenda
-Kelly Daum has offered to be on an election committee.  -Discussion of how to have virtual or hybrid meetings to include voting.  -Need legal counsel perhaps on how and if we can vote during a hybrid or virtual meeting? 
Sam and Frances will meet prior to June 18th. -Immediate action to find volunteers for an election committee.  – Scott will reach out to an attorney he knows about advice.  (Harris and Wakiama)
Water shut off noticeswill need to confirm if King Water is doing this?Anna will confirm with King Water

Crossover pipes and update on the status of needed projectFrances has made contact with someone who will talk with Fernando and find out estimates and update.  No further update of contact has been made. Frances will reach out again
Encroachment transparency listLetting neighbors know of what encroachments are outstanding. Table for now- address at August meeting
Noxious weeds mitigationScott shared a map and plan created from a walk through that he and Sam did. Identified where the poison Hemlock is along division 2 ditch and behind division 1 land side.  Has reached out to Choice Landscape for a bid, plus a couple of other contractors.  Motion made and seconded to obtain quotes and send to the board for approval ASAP.
Corporate Annual filingWas completed by SamCompleted item
Camano Island trust/Communication plan/EventInformational night for the community to be put on by the Camano Land TrustTom Watson will host the event with the help of his wife.  Will talk it over and move forward with plans for the summer. 
Rob Noel response-Tom was advised that other HOA’s reimbursed at 50%.   -450.00 in overage charges this homeowner incurred would be forgiven 50% is the suggestion but can be more.  -Show evidence of fixing it within one billing cycle.  (3) months,-Scott- question of how many to be forgiven?  Is it by the gallon or monetary?  Suggested $500 limit.  -Anna- voiced concern about people who don’t reside in the neighborhood regularly? Motion made and seconded for plan moving forward: If an overage occurs because of a leak,reimbursement will be considered if:1. Must report immediately 2. Show evidence of fixing it within one billing cycle (3 months).3.Capped at $500. 
-Will add communication to next King water communication (Sam)
-Will talk about a quarterly newsletter moving forward.  Tabled for now.  
Green Belt clean upResponse sent to neighbor inquiring about mess on green belt area
Publish meeting minutes on the webProcess moving forward will be to send minutes to the board for approval and then post to the website. Tom and Sam will meet quickly to post This week onThursday at  4pm.
Public board meetings/July meetingRequests have been  made to have board meetings that are open to the neighborhood. -Board meeting will be on July 11 as the first Monday is July 4th. -Motion made to make the July 11 meeting open to the community. Seconded-One meeting per quarter moving forward will be open to neighbors
