| Camano Island trust/Communication plan/Event | Informational night for the community to be put on by the Camano Land Trust | Tom Watson will host the event with the help of his wife. Will talk it over and move forward with plans for the summer. |
| Rob Noel response | -Tom was advised that other HOA’s reimbursed at 50%. -450.00 in overage charges this homeowner incurred would be forgiven 50% is the suggestion but can be more. -Show evidence of fixing it within one billing cycle. (3) months,-Scott- question of how many to be forgiven? Is it by the gallon or monetary? Suggested $500 limit. -Anna- voiced concern about people who don’t reside in the neighborhood regularly? | Motion made and seconded for plan moving forward: If an overage occurs because of a leak,reimbursement will be considered if:1. Must report immediately 2.
