Greetings Community Members,
The Board of Trustees is dedicated to discussing and addressing timely, recently discovered Trustee Election Process and Balloting irregularities, as outlined in a letter to the community from the Board on Monday, September 14th. Since it is difficult on short notice to bring the entire Board group together in one room, the Board group will conduct a Board meeting via Teleconference on Friday September 25th at 7pm. Members, who chose to listen in, will be supplied (as noted below) a teleconference call in number (which can be dialed from a phone at any location) and pass code. Members can dial in and listen to the Board proceedings, but will not be allowed to speak and no questions from members will be fielded during or after the meeting. On conclusion of the Boards deliberation in regard to remediation of the Election process, the Board will furnish a digital transcribed recording of the teleconference to the membership, which will clearly outline a process for moving forward with the Trustee Election process.
